Most orders will ship with a STANDARD FLAT RATE of $10.00 to the Continental United States (Our choice of carrier and method). We ship most items via USPS and UPS. If you have a specific shipping request, please let us know. Upgrades are available and you will pay only the difference between standard flat rate and your chosen upgrade. Most items can be shipped worldwide. Please check listing for details or send inquiry via our contact form.

International Shipping Note: Import duties, taxes, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in shipping costs and should not be confused with additional shipping charges. Purchases will not be marked as “gift.” Full description and value will be stated on customs claims as required by law. Countries also have different insurance, size, and weight restrictions and/or limitations and some governments prohibit or limit the importation of certain goods.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local customs or tax requirements prior to entering into a contract to purchase any item. WE SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY of receipt of (cleared) payment for all USPS and most UPS parcels. Some UPS boxes may take 2 business days to ship.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, all sales are final unless there is an error in the description or other extenuating circumstances. If you are concerned about color, please order a swatch (if available) or use the On-line Auction Color Chart. (As a service to our customers, we offer the OAC chart at our cost in our store.) All returns are subject to prior approval and must be returned within 3 days of receipt, fully insured, in original condition and packaging, at buyer's expense. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable.

Restocking Fee Per Item: 25% Under $100; 20% Above $100 (to cover our costs for additional processing, bookkeeping, re-stocking, re-listing and other related fees).

We do not license or share your information with third parties nor do we give anyone not directly involved in processing your order access to your information. We do not like spam emails and are sure you do not either.

The personal information we collect may include your name, the name of your business (if applicable), address, e-mail, and phone number. This information is used to help us serve you better and to administer the site.
